Objectives

The purpose of the Public Limited Company is:

1. to develop all kinds of activities in the field of aviation, shipping, and land transport in general, and in particular by: a. concluding and/or mediating in agreements in the field of aviation, shipping, and land transport, as well as the transport itself, including by scheduled service or charter, both within and outside Suriname; b. to buy and sell, rent and/or lease, including leasing, means of transport, for one’s own account or for the account of third parties;                                                                                                                     

2. to provide logistical, operational, and technical services related to aviation, shipping, and land transport;                                       

3. to operate a general handling and stevedoring business, with regard to the means of transport themselves, as well as the equipment for servicing, loading, and unloading aircraft, vessels, and vehicles;                                                                                             

4.  to provide catering for the companies mentioned under 2;

5.  to handle the administrative handling of passengers and freight, both for one’s own account and for the account of third parties; 

6. acting as agent, representative and in any other capacity for third parties in relation to acts and transactions related to the foregoing purposes;
